5-Day Horse Riding Tour in Vashlovani National Park

Horse riding tour for all levels of riders in Vashlovani National Park.

The tour starts in Tbilisi at 08:30. Transportation in Vashlovani National Park, located in the southeast of Georgia, Kakheti region.
Protected areas are located between the two main rivers of Kakheti, Iori, and Alazani, including a state reserve, natural monuments, and a national park. The park area is rich in relict, endemic, and rare flora and fauna species. The area is home to 62 species of mammals and 135 species of birds.
200 km drive from Tbilisi, the last 20 km of the road passes through Shirak-Eldar fields.
Exercise will take about 15-20 minutes before the start of the tour.

The first-day route runs through the winter pastures of Shiraki where we will meet shepherds' huts, and wheat and barley fields, and ends with beautiful views of Vashlovani National Park. We will stay in tents for the night.

The next day's route continues on a mountain ridge and goes down to the river side of Alazani where the Vashlovani National Park’s visitor’s center and campsite are.

The third day's route goes in the valley where the landscape changes every minute and makes a mystical environment all around.

The Fourth day's journey continues near the border of Azerbaijan. On the way, we will have the possibility to gallop on boundless meadows and meet wild impalas.

On the fifth day, we will ride up on the ridge with spectacular views of Vashlovani National Park. At the end of the day, we will take the horses to their pastures and return to Tbilisi.

During the tour, we will have a car that, in addition to carrying the necessary items, will also serve tired riders.
