This tour takes you to another stunning waterfall system that flows from beneath the impressive Dolra glacier on Mt. Dolratau, forming the Dolra River. Here, you’ll discover a small green lake and enjoy views of Baki and Nakra passes from the northern side. The trail is abundant with meadows, rocks, and offers spectacular views of Ushba and Peak Mazeri.

Due to the length of this trail, it is best suited for those staying overnight in Mazeri.

A pass from the border police is required for this tour. Your driver will assist in obtaining this pass at the border police post in Mazeri, a process that takes about 15 minutes. Please remember to bring your passport.

The excitement of riding in Svaneti is, in just one word, authentic. You ride the same trails that locals use when tending cattle or going hunting. The horses you ride are the same ones that work in households, and even the gear is exactly what the owners use for their daily tasks. How much closer to the real experience can you get?

You don’t need to be an experienced rider to enjoy these tours. It's actually a perfect opportunity to try horseback riding! The mountain trails are not suitable for galloping, so the tours are mostly at a walking pace. In some places, you may need to dismount and lead the horse, especially on slippery downhill sections, but local horses are adept at choosing the best route.
